A lot of the reason why he is frequently out of stock and prints in low volumes is exclusivity.
I think I kind of see where you're coming from though. There is absolutely no good reason to invest a LOT of money into buying a huge amount of stock that will take multiple months to sell out. In that sense, yes buying low quantity is a better idea. However: Stickers take a while to order. So if you wait until you're sold out to place your next order it could take as much as 2 weeks before your restock arrives. And having items in stock as much as possible means more potential sales. In addition, volume discounts are a huge thing.

You can get away with doing diecuts in your cricut. For the love of God though pls use good vinyl though.

I don't make a lot of money. The stickers themselves cost $100 from offset, envelopes and stamps cost $.75 per order, and gas going to the office is another $10 a week. I'm luck to have $20 in sales per week. I haven't done any accounting but I know I'm in the red.

it's more or less about keeping the right temperature as you do it, which means keeping in mind that things cool down when in contact with either solid materials or air, and that sending too much hot air from your airgun will heat it too much

also fuck the plastic design on this car with its deep holes and bends. theres no way a vinyl would ever stretch that much without proper tools.
