Assuming FFRK. First, you gotta damage him quickly before he uses Nightmare Meltdown. Gotta take him down about to 70% or so. Then you gotta start beating on his weaknesses. Hopefully you can finish the fight during this phase. The crystal summoned by Dr. Mog can be used to block elements. However, you can only use it a certain number of times, as it needs to have 3 charges left for when it dies, it will cast Nightmare Meteor, Nightmare Meltdown, and Nightmare Ultima all at once, the crystal will absorb them if it has charges left.

Stacking buffs, then preferrably using black magic soul breaks. Otherwise, it's awfully tough to have enough skills left to last the whole battle. What you took as a RW would depend on what you have natively.

If you can't do it, it's not a big deal though. They aren't going away, and it's just a matter of waiting until you're strong enough to do it.

It's pretty bad on my 6p as well. I have no idea why a game with sprite animation like this loads so slow. It's probably less the game itself, and more it contacting servers between each menu to keep track of your actions. It's like FFXIV release all over again.

It's a system issue. Apparently it's a thing with certain Android devices. RK ran better on my 3 year old phone on the same connection. Allegedly it has to do with the resolution and because mine is running this ultra HD thing, RK is rendering 2kx4k effects and being super laggy. So says the internet.

Trying some random developer option trick now. here's hoping.

There's actually some setting you have to toggle in newer phones for that. I remember it being mentioned in the /g/ phone thread a few days ago when someone else brought up RK playing like shit on their new phone

It could also be the phones manufacturer software that makes ffrk run so slow. I had an alcatel phone that ran ffrk so great. soul break animations 100% were smooth but menus, scrolling were pretty bad. oh my new samsung phone, menus and scrolling are pretty smooth but soul break animations and certain ability animations run so damn slow that all i can really run is dailys and realm dungeons. i can participate in raids but soul break animations run so slow at like 5-10 fps. its awful.

The realm dungeons are full of little touches like that. My only problem is when the victory theme cuts out special tracks. Downright ruins the Big Bridge chapter for me.

They get it right more often than not, although for the normal enemies and dungeon compostion they can tend to mess things up.

It would be nice if in situations like that the music doesn't restart as well. They also haven't been able to do bosses where the music changes mid-battle.
