I dunno, I liked the look of it. I wanted to find one but all I could find were turbos with an auto. I didn't want that.
Held out two years in search of one with a 6 speed, I'm glad I did. It's responsive, peppy, and fun to drive.

It's a minor detail so don't feel bad.
Plus there are so many base Veloster owners plasti-dipping their grille's to make them look like turbos at a glance. I wanted to do the same at first but then I thought about it and realized how much I dislike plastidip altogether.
