Unless Dragon Ball shenanigans get involved, Sieva will not be having kids for several reasons, but she may one day take on students. She's currently still too young and inexperienced for that though.

Chuu Lee might find a husband one day, though she's not been in any sort of rush. Ideally she'd end up with someone a bit more level-headed than folks like Goku or Vegeta.

Uubuu one day will find a nice Majin lady to settle down with.
