if this hero's gonna do no damage and just be a floating ball of illusions they might as well make him a little more elusive. There's no way thery're gonna undo the illusion nerfs if the past years taught us anything. Buffing the speed boost of phantom rush into being able to actually slingshot away from an enemy might be a way to start going about it.
