that's the point, isn't it? One of best things about GT is how much can you improve just through messing around with right upgrades and settings. Finally a race that's more about the car than driver, as a shitty driver i am i couldn't be happier

You can have two cars that are at 500PP yet one will be substantially quicker than the other.

There's a reason why in every limited PP online lobby, there are certain cars that are ALWAYS used. Such as the 458 in 550PP iirc. It's simply faster than every other option.

Are you talking about equality in chances? It's fuck-around event anyway, as long as people can find someone similarly fast to race against, it's okay. I can get faster car, someone can be a better driver, in result we can become equal and have fun through race.

For cars to have equal performance in GT6, they need to have equal PP, BHP, and KG. Unlike Forza, GT's PP doesn't take much into consideration, for example, tyres have no effect on PP.
Just look at the cars in the quick match mode, none of them have the same PP, yet they're still relatively balanced.

this some cars are just flat out better despite having the same performance rating.

If you want to run races in the club lobby, I can change the name and details of the club to reflect your series. I'm not willing to put up event pages though. If I do that I'll end up getting too involved.
