It seems as if the Vandal regime is collapsing, as our armies haven't met any opposition since the battle fought close by Carthage. While John the Armenian moves further west, we settle momentarily by Carthage, getting ready for the liberation of Sicily.

Lustria is going to have worse diseases floating around than deep subterranean caverns, especially since pestilens are based out there now. Lizardmen are probably more sick than most skaven.
