Myers-Briggs is what you put into it. A lot of companies use it to sort through applicants to ensure they get a broad spread of personality types working together, so some very rich and successful people obviously feel it has some worth.

Still, it's important not to let a label define you. Personalities are complex things because we are different people at different times, and tests like that only slightly reveal a sketch of our inner workings.
