I am genuinely curious why people think he's good when the only thing separating him from a normal Mercy is the call outs, which you know, a basic rule when you play competitively.

Def matrix, zoning and pressure. Pharah can't ult while you have your mech, just like zarya, 76 etc. You can also be a real annoying shit if you constantly make pharah shoot you insted of your squishies, which is just basically removing 2 of the enemy team(pharah/mercy) for the price of 1 (dva)
