I can kill chaos bean with my spider out then go sit in cc1 leafre/henesys and make some noobs happy by throwing out the drops they can use. If they want advice, I can add them to BL and give them a full set of empress gear when they hit 140 and it'll look good and last them quite a while, at basically no cost because empress isn't too hard to kill and her gears are worthless anyway. It's better than doing nothing or jacking off, I guess.

The mid-game of Ellinia is just really stale and you really start to see the time barriers pop up around there. If I had more time like I used to I'd probably be no-lifing it.

The only difference is that in GMS the mid-game lasts for years if you don't pay money but the mid-game in Ellinia lasts for a few weeks to months. I still don't want to deal with either right now.

buy the belt and shoes, get dojo gloves until those are done or close to done, and then work on the tyrant gloves

Are you suppose to get belt and shoes before you start *ing the pieces? I don't know what the optimal way is so I've been doing a bunch of random pieces, like my fairy heart is 4 primes in. I also can't get dojo gloves because I place in 4-5 unless you mean buy them but I need to buy mugong to sell for money

Yeah Maplestory has the potential to create actually good dungeons which require party coordination. Even Princess No tried to make the trek to the actual boss interesting. It's such a shame that every boss encounter in Maplestory now is just "do a shitload of prequests and enter the boss instance with a party lol".

What's the best way to improve my dude? I'm a lvl 157 NL and I've got 1 about 130k buffed range on reboot, most my equips are 6% luck. I've given up on the idea of meso grinding till I get a blackheart to drop from Hilla, should I be focusing on getting gear to replace pensalir or just leveling? Right now I feel that my dps isn't holding me back from bossing as much as night lords general squishiness.

melee classes get shit on by mag, its just especially bad in hmag because of the dot you take outside the barrier

but ranged classes can't hit him for full damage outside his barrier isn't it

at least ranged classes can kite around the edge of the barrier, you wont get hit by his spin especially when hes above half hp

but FB + BB has good range for melee class.
