I was going to say the Haitian Revolution but then I remembered the slaves had a bunch of Poles on their side, so I guess it doesn't count. Any slave rebellion doesn't really count, since they're motivated by the conditions of slavery while the racial aspect is just incidental.

Well, to a small degree you'd get Croats and Cezechs that fought for the Nazis but these were always small divisions from nations that are only semi slavic anyway.
The purpose of the overall war from the German perspective was to implement 'Generalplan Ost' and cleanse the east of Slavs so it could be settles by Germans.

Depends. 'Race' has wide historical use, including but not limited to ethnicity, nationality, religion, even gender. There have certainly been plenty ethnic, civil, and religious wars.
