You know whats nice about owning a Porsche?

You know whats nice about owning a Porsche?

Japanese rocketeers don't fuck with you cause you outpower them.
Muscle men don't fuck with you because you don't die going 60 on the on ramp turn.
Audi and VW don't fuck with you because of little brother syndrome.

Porsche is best.

It's nice knowing how a car should behave like; it's ruined most cars for me.

Is that your Porsche?

Na m8, that's a one off

>Turbo S even slower than a corvette grand sport (which blows up after one lap btw)
ETERNALLY BTFO

...

all of that only applies if your Porsche isn't a SUV/4-door/crossover

>don't die going 60 on the on ramp turn
I beg to differ

She's so tiny, she makes that cayman look like a panamera

I always fuck with Porsches because their owners drive like grannies

>their owners drive like grannies

t. someone who drives erratically on the street and would be slower than a 1.8l miata on the track

>not buying a low powered shitbox and driving erratically on the street

whats the point of having a sports car if you don't even use it

how do you know they don't use it? Maybe they just don't drive like an aggressive autismo on public roads.
>t. someone who drives like an aggressive autismo on public roads

>Driving in middle lane
>911 behind me goes into left lane
>Passes, gets in front of me
>Match speed
>he decelerates
>back to my original speed
>drop to fourth
>pass
>redline 4th
>shift, start to string out fifth
>feels quick, look down
>speedometer indicates 130
>no sign of Porsche

>implying old men actually track their cars

Nice beetle OP
eat shit

Because they assume you'll snap oversteer into them or your some 50 year old grouch that's too pussy to race.

Dunn and Walker would love to tell you all about their superior handling. Oh wait...

>disabled plate

pretty much only a retard would fall for the LS swap meme

Yes, but the Corvette will fuck with you because it knows it can eat your ass raw in public and no one will bat an eye.

Porsches are the gingers of sports cars. They have no soul.

The performance is nice and all but couldn't you have bought something with some style? Something cool? Maybe a little dangerous? That doesn't look like literally every porsche that came before it?

>Dunn and Walker would love to tell you all about their superior handling.

Too soon m8, too soon...

dunn was drunk
walker was in a mid engine machine being driven at high speeds on rotten tires on a shitty surface

"Porsche is best" is a bold statement, but surely enough, I can say no that it.

Yes, Porsche is a prestigious sports-luxury car brand, but more of a sports brand than anything, really. The interior is to complete the luxury segment, but that is about it. Everything else is tuned for racing on the road. Their engines are good for what they are, except the 4 cylinders, god knows why a 4 cylinder is doing in a Porsche...

However, its price and reliability raises concerns to many. Also, its mainly a TWO-SEATER type of vehicle, unless you opt for a Panamera (cuck-mobile) or the SUVs. Only notable car from them is the 911 line-up. Even then, there are shitload of variants and its priced heavy as fuck for what it is.
>So, what in your mind is the "best" ?
McLaren

tldr; Porsche is not the best, but one of the greats.

kys

idk where you live but 911 is most tracked car here.
Miats I've only seen once on track.
GT86 gets tracked often.
BMW's come to track to get BTFO.
MR2's do ice track all winter.
Audis can't even make it to the track cause they're too retarded to take corners.
civic hatches dominate the built class.
SLS's and top end mercs do street races because they win there unless the legendary sleeper shows up.
911's and boxters tho, every racetrack event ends up being a porsche meet.

Interesting. Any love for the cayman?

They're tracked often too.
would've gotten it if a midengined corolla wasn't way way more appealing to me. And if the MR2 community wasn't top tier.

You forgot Dean, you monster.

There's not driving like an autismo and then there's loitering in the left lane at 10 under a fucking 55mph limit, which is all that Porsche drivers do around here.

So OP doesn't own a Porsche the thread

It's not even that much slower.

>makes almost the same power
>weighs about the same
>is like 10 years newer
>costs twice as much new
>has nowhere near the aftermarket support
Sure sounds like a good deal.

No, OP, It's just that we assume Porsche drivers aren't real car guys, are probably driving their wife or grandson around, and have never street raced in their lives,

Are Porsches still considered the mid-life crisis car of choice or has that switched back to the Corvette/Camaro now? I remember when my dad went through his mlc and bought both a 911 convertible and a Hummer H2.

They definitely are in Europe, dunno about the US.

The Italians bully you for being boring and ugly, which you are

A 911 is like the rich mans Golf GTI, neither look flashy and won't attract a lot of attention in comparison to similar cars, both can be DD and both aren't really normie-magnets.

most middle class people can't afford a 911 but can afford a vette
