So there's SOME reason to build primal grids.

Even with 120% boost primal grids are already only marginally better than magna grids in most cases, since most of their weapons don't get 4* and most party buffs are also normal mod.

Don't worry, you'll be able too in a coming update. The mats for the MLB will need to come from breaking 12 of the following (depending on the element in question):
4* Tia Guns
4* Colo Staves
4* Levi Daggers
4* Ygg Swords
4* Chev Swords
4* Celeste Claws

They are currently a lot better. The problem is that's only the case on element and requires 300% the effort and or whaling. I've seen a vaurna whale solo xeno ifirits raid with a fucking kaguya support summon.
