How to make a good looking normie male character? Seems like you can only stand out as a female character in this game. I mean 95% of them are awful including in this thread but every once in a while I see one that looks pretty good, unique and interesting while still tasteful.

I can never pull that off with my guy. I dunno if it's because I'm shit, the game doesn't favor males as much in customization, or because I am 100% HETERO and will only ever enjoy looking at a well made female character.

When I try to look at some characters online for inspiration all I can really find are a bunch of edgelords or fruity lookin weirdos. Man I just wanna create a normie looking character that I can get attached to, I suck at this shit though.

Do your best to look bland as fuck, dude. Messing with the eye shape/face tends to dictate how the rest of the face will come out, so do those first (pick small eyes, trust me the big eyes fuck with the rest of the face). Then, do the eyebrows, and then everything else. Hope that helps some.

That's sucks. I'm used to events being things that take you several days of grinding or questing to unlock nice or even useful items, not something you can complete in half an hour. it sucks even more since i can't even use mounts.

The Yokai Watch and the GARO events are the only ones that require a lot of grinding, and they give you a very long time to get the stuff (GARO is going to last until Stormblood drops at least)

I disagree but I can understand where you are coming from. I love my highlander and elezen quite a bit but sometimes the running animation throws me off on elezen so, i typically end up back on my highlander.
