Do you mean the Final Episode or the Secret Episode?
Final Episode requires you to have collected all Xehanort's Reports.
Secret Episode requirement depends on difficulty.
Proud requires you to have beaten Final Episode and completed the sticker album with all 3 characters.

Ah, I got them mixed up, difficulty is for the secret ending/episode, just grab all the Xehanort reports and it should unlock the final episode just fine. If you want Aqua's special chapter after the Final Episode then yes, you have to get 100% on every single character.

Most are gotten through the story.
A couple (1 or 2 I think) are in chests.
1 is in the Arena for Terra in the Sinister Sentinel match.

Aqua doesn't have any Xehanort reports in Arena. Only Terra does. And only one.
All of Aqua are gotten through the story except one. And that one is in Merlin's house in Radiant Garden.

Or do the others characters have the other reports.
I have like Xehanort's report 3,4,6 and 7 and I'm missing one treasure chest in Disneyland and one treasure at Keyblade Graveyard, but I can't find these two missing chests.

Don't bother with high-level magic commands, because he will slide until it's over and his I-frames are on par with Aqua's.

Barrier, Revenge Blast, and basic combos.
Dodge otherwise.
