No, before release /svg/ thought that Sybil was a bad card for ramping and that Ouroboros was bad. Check the archive, /sv/g thought dragon was,mediocre at best.

Doesn't work, you need a perfect hand now in order to get the damage necessary against it's heals and removal, and that's assuming they don't get a good hand to easily stop you.

Is all aggro besides Shadow dead right now? Sword and Blood are both losing left and right to new dragon almost all the time, and has a lot of the same problems vs haven.

Why is control not allowed to exist in this game?
Everything is fucking storm. Even if you wanted to do things differently, you lose to Aegis now if the top end your deck doesn't have storm all over it. Dragon can afford to play some non storm expensive creatures because of ramp but that's it.
You pretty much cannot control a game, there are too many unanswerable threats.

This is pretty shit, even on hearthstone you can play control.

The problem with Dragon is just that it's too damn consistent in the early game now.

You either get lots of ramp to speed you to late game, or lots of healing/removal to make sure you reach late game. If not fucking both.

They also have a ton of tech, and nuetral cards almost seem handmade for them with shit like Grimnir, Unica, Saha and Arriet. Top that off with the literal best late board clear in the game in lightning blast and early wave clear with Breath and Bahamut (since he usually gets dropped on turn 8) and it's the perfect control deck.

And here I though Haven was supposed to be the healcraft. It's almost impossible to rush Dragon down now unless they completely brick.

In Bloodcraft aggro the new 6mana 3dmg+3/3 is fucking amazing since it clears Grimnir.
Mastema is great right now since really uncomfortable to deal with right now since no one's packing DoD anymore. Also Dragon doesn't wanna suicide their Lucifers and Bahamuts into an 8/8 bane, and if they banish it with the new spell you'll probably have a big board backing her ready to deal mass damage. Doesn't dies to Salamander, so either her or the rest of the board are gonna smack Rowen in the next turn for a lot.
Soul Dominator's also great. Trade bats into the wards and she becomes huge. Ez 8+damage storm turn 7.
