No quick way. There are done level calculators people made, but their accuracy is inconsistent.

For the people thinking about leveling low level heroes to get more hero levels, while it might be a bit faster you can always level high level heroes too since it's 1.1mil exp per level after 10 so if you get 3.3mil exp on your level 15 hero you are still gaining 3 levels even though your level 15 hero probably won't get a level off it

I tried one of those calculators and my total hero level went up by a whopping 3.

That seems awfully low, is it a safe bet that the calculator isn't working right?

I only have one problem with valeera, the teleport talent at lvl 13 is called death from above and not cloak and dagger .

Several existing voice lines are reused, mostly for celebrations, but new material is covered, for things like "mega kill" or the start-of-match countdown.
Except for the two joke announcers Murky and Butcher, both are totally reused (exclusively saying variations on mrrglmrrgl and FRESH MEAT respectively)

Pretty much don't play at all is the best bet. For optimal loot boxes. Wait for the 3 weeks to go bye. At most do your dailies & weekly brawl so you can get re-rolls and thats it.

I only have 45k gold banked but:
I bought a 20k gold mount (Blackheart's Doubloon)
I have 3 Master skins (Morales, Auriel, and Johanna)
I jumped the gun on 3 heroes and bought them at 15k (Morales, Xul, and Lucio)
I'm pretty sure I missed two weeks of Brawl
So that's 65k~67k gold I'd have if I were utterly transfixed on my practical spending

400k exp past level 11 hits level 20 after patch
I don't remember the exact point but sometime around 13 you will go past level 30 after patch

Every 10 levels on a hero gives you a loot chest with one item specific to that hero

On Master Skins

When we originally added master skins to Heroes of the Storm, they were intended to be a low effort gold sink to reward ourselves. However, when users evaluated master skins, everyone with an above room temperature IQ realized that. There were several places where we could make improvements.

Master skins created situations where players had to choose between unlocking an old hero or unlocking new hero, which was a battle that heroes won far more often. Additionally, if casual players purchased a master skin during our beginner level gold trap, they'd then soon have little gold. This meant they couldn't visually display their prowess with a hero in-game if there was a non-master skin they liked better, because they became discouraged and quit altogether rather than paid up for heroes.

These issues combined resulted in far fewer players unlocking and using master skins in-game than we had expected. Most players who had access to master skins did not unlock them, and most players who did unlock them would not primarily use that skin during their matches. Most players who didn't use that skin still valued the collecting experience, achievement, and in-game pride only an exclusive skin could provide, but that is not important.

In Heroes 2.0, we decided to move to a new system we hopes works better for us so that you don’t have to make those difficult decisions.
