I'd be fine with the system like in the division, where when you get an item drop, you have five minutes to drop it, and it will be visible drop to people that were in your team when the item dropped the first time.

they could put in tiered "kill tokens" wherever you should get drops in some raid
then you trade those for rng weapon or armor packages (like what they've done with the Factions now)
you'll eventually get perfect armor sets through playing but this upcoming 2 week block is shit
