I don't want to play P3 / P4 honestly, however I did play P1 / P2.

If P3/4 don't seem up your alley, you probably won't like P5. It's more of the same stuff.
Although P3/4 have their merits and you should give them a chance.

If P5 is more or less an upgrade of P3, I'll give P3 a shot, seems better than P4 from what I've seen.

They are both decent games, not masterpieces like SJ or Nocturne, but still pretty good.
I liked 4 more than 3 because it was way more consistent. 3 has some really weak moments in it and the only feature I missed from it in 4 was the physical damage types.

I am a massive fan of Nocturne, but the accuracy of this statement is profound.

I like how each game is unique in it's own way but I kinda wish more games had 3D models, which is why I'm thinking of picking up Persona 5, just so I can play with 3D model demons again.

Nocturne tried something different. Some aspects were streamlined but they atleast balanced the game to be hard. P4 streamlined and dumbed it down. And dumbed it down even more when Golden released, ading weaknesses to enemies, making tons of money drop from golden hands and giving even more OP skills to your party members.

I never played golden but P4 on hardest was about as hard as P3 on hardest and you couldn't cheese the extra boss with thunder reign.

Well if you count the extra content in P3P then yes.
P4 starts hard but keeps getting easier as you go, P3 has a couple of spikes spread through the game.
Neither game is particularly hard.

I didn't intend on saying that either was hard though. I was just saying that P4 streamlined a bunch of shit. Regardless of making the game harder or easier, removing 2 elements just because was stupid.

In all honesty, I forgive personaposters posting here since /pg/ is just a waifu general anyway. And at least none of those posts are waifufaggotry.

I guess that's what they needed. An outlet for how shit P5 as a game was so their posting here being eternal cuckolds for how bad their lives are that even waifuposting won't dilute the pain.

The gameplay seemed to improve from P4 at least. Not that it's a feat. If the gameplay is alright then it's already a better game that I hoped it would be.

Negotiations are a bitch but so far its okay. MC keeps dying despite me putting everything into life. If I put him in back row I can't attack though

Invest on Lu and Ag as well to improve evading chances. It's always better to just avoid damage altogether. And remember to always upgrade armor on your MC.
And keep fusing your demons. They don't gain levels so the only way to improve damage is to consistently fuse them into higher leveled ones.

I get the last part it is just hard to replace the demons I fuse. Going from 4 demons to 2 hurts a lot

Better 2 high leveled demons than 4 weak ones, user. If you really need more just use the compendium and fuse more shit.
I don't know how people have so much trouble with SH's negotiations. It was the game where I had less trouble with. Or none at all. The answers are almost always the same.

You'll learn pretty quickly with negotiations.

Also, get equipment that nullifies status effects, especially anything that stops Death/OHKOs.

Playing on hard is fun.
If you don't kill all the enemies in the first turn, you're most likely gonna lose a party member.
The first dungeon is nice but of course you can just boil it down to being a straight line with easy puzzles.

Is it that easy to just kill all the enemies in 1 turn on hard mode?
