Nope, wasn't me.

I used to hate Paula. She has shown up in every iteration of AC I've played. She was in my first ACNL village, and now she's in my new one. I finally just gave up and accepted it.

Turns out she's really not so bad. She gives me free shit all the time which is nice.

It almost feels like they know which villagers you'll dislike and make them act to change your mind. I detest monkeys and had Simon and Flip move in one after the other but they kept/keep giving me stuff I like.

I know what you mean... and sometimes the villagers you try the hardest to impress are so stand-offish and keep trying to move.

I was stuck with Flip for a long, long time. Not only is he a monkey, but his personality is annoying and he put his house RIGHT in front of mine. I was pretty stoked when he finally skipped town.
