i asked this question in the last thread and got an answer but should i give my +atk brave lance hinoka vantage or brash assault over giving them to my +atk spring chrom +1, who should get what skill, and would killer axe+ be better than carrot axe+ on spring chrom with a skill like draconic aura or something (i don't have any moonbow units)
