Greenwich Concours

Any other an/o/ns here go to the Greenwich Concours today? Went up there with Harry's Run Guy and had a blast. A lot of very cool, rare, and expensive cars there.

Anybody want a Tucker hot rod?

It was indeed a rear engine, rear wheel drive. But the engine was a twin turbo Cadillac Northstar engine and transaxle.

1917 Harley-Davidson with a sidecar

About $2.5-3 million of Bugatti right here

Akry, if you are going to post my pictures, don't use the facebook failures.

1905 Erie wood rim motorcycle

An old wooden wheeled motor bike.

Apparently one of only a handful left.

...

Doing the electric thing before Elon Musk was even alive.

The original battery that powered that Detroit Electric.

There would be 14 of them in the car.

Ever see an Aircooled Inline 6? I never did before today.

Find me a person who hates a Bugeye and I'll show you a person who hates cars. Everybody likes the Austin-Healey Bugeye Sprite.

While not the car that picture of the air cooled engine was in, same make car with the same motor in it.

Close up of the hood ornament off the Franklin.

Another cool hood ornament.

LAGONDA OUT OF FUCKING NO WHERE

1921 Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost

A two cow Mercedes.

Well maybe three once you get to the interior, but the sides of the car were covered in solid pieces of leather from behind the hood to the back of the car.

Wrong

A 1925 Bentley 3 litre

1921 Rolls-Royce interior

Some one want a project car or two?

Rolls-Royce shifter and hand brake

The Mer... Bentley's interior.

Look at that workmanship. You can't get anything like that in this day and age.

Here's a pic from Bonham's website of the Bugatti type 57.

This wasn't even in the show, just in the parking lot across the street.

>Look at that workmanship. You can't get anything like that in this day and age.
Nice flat floor. Nice wooden board for a dash.
Youre right, cant get that nowadays, and why would you want to...

A THING OUT OF FUCKING NO WHERE!

That pop up Toyota space van!

I usually go, but threat of rain kept me away this year. Same with the vintage races up at lime rock. Fucking weather blows this year. All rain and cold. Wtf

how does it brake? reverse pedal thing?

I would've went if I had known it was this weekend.

Absolutely stunning. Thanks for sharing.

Hell yeah. Classy af.

Not quite sure myself, probably reverse pedaling or there may have been something on the belt drive side that was a brake. But my vote would go to reverse pedaling.

It sold at the auction for $110k

Anyone go to WRC today?
