Well, Amami's game would have had to be V2 and given his birthdate coincides with the launch of the V2 rocket it might be an early clue that his killing game was a prototype meant to replace previously fictional killing games.
Chapter 6 also goes from having 5 survivors to 3, and when you look at Ouma's and Miu's portrait there's what looks like a check sign (Which I gather itself is a corruption of 'V' for Veritas), and Miu's portrait has 3 X's.
Also, there's only 5 killers in total because Kaede didn't kill Amami.
