Oh absolutely, there are ways to increase the damage, I was using FSSJ and Cabba's super soul, if I was using SV2 and a soul that buffs ki, I could make this so much more powerful

You don't need a setup for Serious Bomb. That's 9k and the punch scales based on your Ki.

It is pretty annoying under lag. You can't really react to it and it has a tendency to hit even after you Z-Vanish for some reason.

They're quite easily baited and punished, even if they are annoying

It has weird priority and so you can vanish to avoid it but then get sucked into it anyway, meaning you lost the stamina it takes to vanish and also the health from the hit
