Alright lads, since TQ is objectively wrong about almost everything, can someone hit me up with an ACTUAL Chroma build? The one I'm using now requires way too much startup time to get going because of the stupidly low efficiency on it and the lack of Rage or Flow but I don't know what I can change to make it better.

the one that got fixed and will get your trades reverted and rivens deleted is:
