Haven's wincons are 2x seraph, 2x aegis, or 3x garuda. Haven is a pretty cheap class to build, but there's no good way to go full poverty on it.

Do I spend my vials on crafting 3 Ancient Elves and an Elf Queen or 3 Cerberuses and an Eachtar? I only have 1 Eachtar out of those. I feel like Forest would me much more fun but also much weaker.

It's retarded no matter who you pick right now. With the (mostly) shitty pool of Standard legends and golds out the winbomb slots are full of OutFuckingSkilled bullshit every time now. I went 4-1 with Haven because I got two Aegis, losing only because of one match were I got hit by turn 5 Albert into turn 6 Albert.

It's at the point where if you don't draft hyper aggro or get at least 2 win buttons, you might as well just retire immediately.

Forest has the highest learning curve, shadow is pretty much autopilot and requires little though

Yes. Only amulets played from hand are reduced by Candelabra. "played" is different than "comes into play".
