Since Trump coin's market cap at roughly 0.50 USD a piece is ~3.25 million USD at your proposed 1 USD a piece it would be 6.5 million USD. If you want to "make $1 million" you'd have to hold more than 15% of all coins ever mined and instantly liquidate them without crashing the market.
