I know but it's happening for me a lot more lately, can't seem to have a casual match without every 2nd or 3rd being a stompfest by diamonds or plats, i'd rather deal with it in ranked than casual

Dazzler's mines when detonated make noise and strobe light for a while, blinding everyone in a big area. Dazzler is immune to the blinding effect.

She's not really OP, she's just kind of annoying. She can't do much against an organized team, which is why you never see her picked in pro-league, but she'll tear up random assholes who just go off alone and do their own thing (which is like 90% of randoms you get matched up with unfortunately)

Look more like he needed a second to orient himself and tell who's who upon coming out of the smoke.

There is matchmaking in casual, but it prioritizes quick games over close matchups.
In an ideal player pool you'd get the people with your exact same """MMR""" (which is hidden in casual). But that's not always possible so it will expand its search much faster and with looser parameters than ranked.
