the province history files give the core but never remove it, it's something that paradox could fix in a couple hours with barely any effort

So how come when the AI rebels and I take their holdings, they can still surrender to their liege at 90% warscore, but when my vassals rebel, the AI can take their land and I cannot force the rebels into surrender until I kick out the AI?

Hungary will be tougher because of their alliances but I have the Byzantines, Sweden and maybe France on my side.
