How OP is dual wielding with Ultimate Combat, Combat Evolved, and Revenge of the Enemies?

Vanilla it felt way OP because you could smith either weapon to insane power, but with the lack of blocking for the new combat it seems like that power would be held back.

It's the same kinda thing. Gives you equippable light sources that light the body or environment. The main draw is the front/back lights. They light the entire front/back of your body.

this might be a shock to hear but dual wielding is basically the weakest weapon class

it does have the highest DPS potential, but compare this to

>sneak so strong you can walk up in someone's face and hit them for 60x a normal hit silently
bow is only slightly stronger because of range

I'm going to use Mighty Magick to deal with the 0 magicka cost and other shit Bethesda fucked up with the magic system, so there's that at least. Sneak I think also gets it's ass nerfed, not sure about 2 hand/swordnboard/1hand.
