No problem I checked it and the hat is a standalone mesh it's not attached to the rest of the outfit, you probably just have to change the armor slot so his hair shows up

Be warned though, the stockings for luxury collection are angled, you're meant to wear high-heels with them so it'll look weird if your feet are at a flat angle with the stockings clipping through. You can hide it though as seen in pic related.
