So, what the hell's going on? I got my CK2 from PB. Should I have to really REALLY create an account on that russian website to get the DLCs?
Gonna go for the Victorian Three achievement in EU4 today. What are the best idea groups for teching quickly, and when should I take the ideas themselves?
Also, should I just annex my immediate neighbours around Lake Victoria, never connect to other countries with colonies and just get institutions (includinv feidalism) through province upgrades?

What do? Accepting the gifts gets me a lot of money, some prestige, and Russian likes me more. Refusing gets me 5 mandate and a diplomatic insult CB on Russia.
