IDK whatever ones came with the pirated version of wickedwhims on reddit.

I've been trying to get my Sims 3 working and nothing has been helping.

I googled it and followed the directions on manually updating and then applying the ultimate fix but my game doesn't work
it's pirated, but still, it use to work and that's frustrating

When I start my game, everything runs perfectly fine but my menu doesn't work at all

No text appears and none of the options work

What do?

It's going to be either:

1. zero
2. only the hq ones
3. all of them

Are your language settings set properly? Sounds like missing fonts maybe. I don't have the sims 3 installed myself.

You can install them via the launcher, just put your neighborhood or cc or whathave you in the downloads folder in your EA documents folder
