They do stack. Without mods in SoC, for instance, the only way to repair armor is by stacking enough artifacts to get over 100% protection from an effect and then stand in a fire or something.

I just installed CoC after playing around with CoM for a while. When I got CoM it was telling me it did'nt detect my installation of CoP but after a little while (I have no clue what I did differently) it magically started working. Now im trying to play CoC but getting that error again. Anyone got any ideas whats causing this powerful faggotry?

No, unfortunately. The only thing that isn't on NEVER-EVER status at this point mod-wise is the next iteration of CoC, but that's been 4 months in the making with no end in sight.

Does Warfare get crazy even without player input? I want to be able to do a comfy run holding a base against attackers. Living Zone is a little more active than vanilla CoC but it's not that active still.

Okay, I installed it and tried to check the 'All Out War' setting but every time I hit 'Apply' the settings uncheck but hitting 'Cancel' leaves them checked. Hopefully it works, thanks.
