It's not THAT bad. If it takes an average of 10 minutes per quest, it takes twenty hours of hunting (ignoring prep time) to level every deviant from 1 to 10.

I did pretty much the same thing. I'd say we could take turns leveling everything up, but that'd take twice as long as just doing it ourselves.
I also had the idea that I want to kill every monster with every weapon, but then I think of things like fatalis or the dromes and I lose motivation.

That's because ice in general got shafted in Gen/XX, barely anything is meaningfully weak to it. All of Astalos' primary hitzones take like 15 ice at most, same for Zinogre and Diablos.

i haven't even gone online and i've already beaten mantis. g1 - hr unlock is perfectly soloable
