Does KI have an actual neutral game? It seems like you just land one hit and then you go into a combo off of literally any attack. And what about zoners? I've seen Kan-Ra, the supposed zoner of the game and he's a combo whore character too.

Depends on games. I don't play sfv but I'm sure you can late tech to beat both attacks and throws, but you lose to shimmy and delayed attacks.
I can understand why Baiken is getting all the hype for Rev2 but watching some random Answer matches on youtube and he looks fun as hell to play.
