Let's say you want to have skills on your 4 celest weapons
4 x 2 = 8 seals

Then you need 3 giraffes and 3 horses for the weapons
6 x 4 = 24 seals

So you need 32 seals in all, i.e. 8 seals of every element
Now assuming you start with 0 seals at 10k cost that would mean

10k + 15k + 20k + 25k + 4 * 30k = 190k pendants per element

--> 760k pendants for 8 seals of all elements

Of course if you wanted to buy the second celestial weapons and skills it would be far beyond 1 million
