Ouro is still 11 damage, not having a storm finisher attached to a well statted 2 drop is the better idea. Make him a 1/1 that becomes a 2/2 on evo so you can't use him to break through Grimnir and so that he's a liability in the early game and an actual combo piece instead of something you can just drop against aggro to contest board on top of giving you free wins against control.

Because of Zell affecting Neutral followers, Ramp doesn't have the gameplay of a control deck, it's a combo deck, it's simply too consistent. You don't care about the board anymore, you're just desperately trying to draw into Zell + Zell targets to straight up murder your opponent with huge Storm damage. It's completely degenerate.

Laura has the same text, but Blood doesn't have access to ramp cards. Enabling Vengeance has some counterplay, Zell has no counterplay besides "Play a Ward that has more than 4 health".
