Check out this page. Ottoman Empire has about 30% win rate in Europe. The battles they win are always when they outnumber the enemy 3to1 or 2to1. When they lose, casualties are usually heavy, when they win casualties are usually heavy.

So my question is, how did an empire which was sparsely populated with most people willing to fight against christians living in middle east replenished its army so fast to lose it in another battle again but also somehow kept going further into the Europe?

Not all of the the casualties they suffered in a battle were military. They had good logistics and brought chefs, engineers, nurses and stuff. So, not everyone you see as a casualty is soldier.
