Vigor was because 30 wasn't enough for DLC2 NG+2, Midir was ohkoing me through that. Vitality is because I am heavy weapons guy and equipped for any situation. And because it's a PVE only character so who cares.

Nah with 50 VIG I could survive any of his attacks. With an ember, yeah. Guaranteed. It also helps that I specifically ran that fight in havel's with defense rings too.

To be fair the difficulty doesn't change that much between +2 and +7. I still had huge difficulties fighting him, but that may also partially be due to the fact that was I sleep deprived and kept trying till I got it. The nap right after was so sweet.

if you're doing a full faith build you generally want to get an infuable weapon that alreayd has an element, infuse it raw then use lightning blade/etc.

Every regen source I could stack to be the best of both worlds.
Of course, if blessed infusions manage to somehow not be shit this is all worthless.
