What to do when your (only) friend is shit at this game but thinks that he is really good and we only lose cuz rest of the team sucks? What champ i can put him on? He feeds as a tank, can not defend himself against flanks as support or dmg and can't deal any decent dmg. His favorite thing is playing tank and going in 1v3s when everyone else is dead.

Yep. Reload's a bugged card, its internal cooldown only works semi-properly. If you refresh the entire potion CD with one throw, the internal cooldown starts ticking. But, if even the tiniest amount of potion CD is left, it doesn't get triggered. With Reload 3 hitting 4 people + Chronos 2, you're able to constantly spam potions. Numbers can be flexed a little, but the point remains the same.

Generally (about 70~80% of the time) it's at 70~110. When I run across a BR or Cyka Blyat it shoots upwards of 300. Sometimes it even goes up to 900, though I don't know where the fuck that comes from.
I'm just saying that if you can't compensate for high ping then maybe you should learn to.

What's a good cm to 360? I'm sitting around 14 right now but my report rate is 1000 and that seems to make a big difference on the distance I need to travel and this calculator doesn't use report rate to calculate distance.
