Maybe so but it won several seasons of IndyCar and set endurance records. i believe it could've been GM's answer to the Modular had they given it some serious development and production love whilst trying hard to work out any and all kinks. this could've been sold in performance cars alongside the LS to develop aftermarket of its own. the fact that it only ever went into FWD shitboxes and luxobarges didn't help.
