Blizzard also made it so it's difficult for one guy to go crazy on an entire enemy team, so there's more emphasis on every player on the team playing well to win

This isn't like 12v12 TF2 where you don't care if there are a couple of guys dancing conga and playing rock-paper-scissors in spawn, you can pick up the slack if you're a good enough player and win regardless.
