I believe Sun has a deadline, but that's not an issue since it's basically guaranteed a rank up whenever you hang with him. Temperance also has a deadline if you don't get to Rank 9 by November, because the Rank 9 cutscene is no longer available to occur for certain story reasons.

It's made clear in the endgame that she's back to her normal self. She talks about how she's found her justice again and becomes a defense lawyer instead of a prosecutor.
She never had a treasure in the first place. Remember how her palace was all fucked up because she specifically asked you guys to change her heart? That was part of it.
