Each fully awakened Revenant Weapon gives 50 weapon fragments (they're specific to that weapon type, so you can't reduce two different GW weapons), and you need 100 to awaken the Silver Replica.
So you'll use a bar to make that character again, and then awakening the Replica also takes a bar.

Some of the multi-element summons have decent utility effects on their calls, though; DAO has a delay which can be clutch, and Baal has a clear which is useful when you need exactly one clear for a particular fight. Lich? A frickin' worthless poison effect.
