Just pull colorless until Klein shows up and don't get Wrys'd too hard. You could also go green for Hawkeye but Klein is the better skill fodder.

Norne has been a female Archer for much longer than Faye in Arachnea. And to be technical, Briggid has been a female archer for much longer all the way over in Judrgal.
