F30 335I Xdrive > WRX

2013+ BMW 335I Xdrive Sedan

This is the car you get when you want a WRX but don't want to be a vape fag dudebro. And BMW out subaru'd subaru with this car,

>AWD
>300hp 300lb/ft
>2 more cylinders than the wrx
>Gets 30mpg highway while wrx gets 28
>Is not boiracer
>comfy interior and familiar exterior without being too tryhard
>0-60 in 4.4 holy shit! wrx is 5.1
>Can be found on the used market for under 25k
>offered in manual

How can Subaru even compete?

>no dipstick
>numb as fuck steering
>memewheeldrive

>who cares
>is power steering not boiracer enough for you?
>RWD is offered as well

the f30 is shit and everyone agrees. Only the m3 with performance pack lives up to bmw name.

Find me a clean title f30 335 under $25k

? There is a shit ton

RCR please go and stay go

>Getting cucked by maintenance bills

yeah, no thanks.

RWD biased AWD.
Superior to permanent 40/60 awd found in Subarus and Audis for road performance and handling as it generates almost no understeer.

The N55 engine is just as reliable as any other car.

Its just another meme that really only applies to some bmw models like old 7 series and the N54 twin turbo in the first 335i.

>offered in manual
>offered in manual
>offered in manual
>offered in manual

Fucking please. Find one, I dare you.

>RWD biased AWD.

Meaning the front tires won't pull you through a slide, just continue to spin as you go in circles.

Nice. OP makes a AWD thread and confirmed for brakes with his right foot.

fsdfdsf

lol not hard.

>$350 a month for a no warranty BMW

don't get meme'd.

Don't forget add $20,000 a year for maintenance.

Nice meme poorfag

>he thinks it's a meme

We get it, you like your new, slushbox BMW and feel the need to defend it. But no one was really attacking it. You did this to yourself.

>slushbox

Not talking about that one, talking about yours.

e92 bmw owner here. You're right on most accounts but the early F series suffer from really numb steering. It was the first year they switched to electric power steering and were still perfecting it. The exhaust note is also shit but that's a personal thing.

I'd love to buy one in a couple years as a cheap daily.

>slushbox
>found multiple examples of the F30 in manual

wew lad, someone here isn't paying attention to the thread.

I have owned an e46 past 150k miles and for 2 years and only had to repair the radiator hoses, and thermostat once which was like a $450 repair for me. Nothing else broke. My friend had a e60 for 4 years and only had to redo the cooling system once for $2,000. That was literally the only big repair bill had had for 4 years. Is $500 a year too much for you to maintain a car?

It's just autistic how Veeky Forumstards take memes literally unironically.

>e46
>$450 repair for a thermostat and coolant pipes
an e46 thermostat costs about $20, coolant hoses cost around 10-20$ a piece, how did it cost you that much?

STI has:
rear based awd
300hp
0-60 in 4.4
Offered in manual
Similar price bracket

>just continue to spin as you go in circles

We get it, you suck at driving.

>Shittier gas mileage
>Missing 2 cylinders
>-20 lb/ft
>Boiracer tacky looks
>Has to push over 15psi stock to have that power
>Still expensive as fuck

The STI loses on this, and the 0-60 on the car stock is not 4.4 stop pulling numbers out of your ass. It was tested at MT and road and track at 4.6-5.1

b-but rear biased AWD is bad according to this guy

>tfw bmw made a better wrx than Subaru
