you need to understand for every runner that actually focuses on what he's doing during practice and does his research there will be 10 grindmonkeys mindlessly spamming runs while wanting to sell out and get viewers

Toastrider does not have the consistency for RTA and does not know or understand how to play for extended periods of time doing multiple stars and how to deal with pressure. His RTA experience will prevent him from getting anything other than 1:42 times and higher.

Go through the route slowly looking for as many spots as you can where you could comfortably take a shortcut, look for optimizations everywhere, it's not that hard.

btw what race should i practice next

1-3: Badlands A (Black Sabre) / Badlands B (dirt wheel ZR350)
4-6: Driving School's City Slicking
7-9: San Fierro Fastlane / San Fierro Hills
0 or dubs: play Forza instead and threaten to money match people at work once im confident in racers again

Don't bother. GTA is completely corrupt. The top ranked players all have dirty installations that let them turn and accelerate faster.
