They reset, but you only get the daily reward for doing 15 quests once. And at level 65, they're very repetitive : it's stuff like kill 200 monsters or grab 20 bushes.

Stacking runes is the core of pve and slayer has nothing like that, even comparing leaping slash to overhand strike doesn't make that much sense becuse leaping strike resetting is more like double cut resetting than overhand strike which is pure rng.
