Azura was a "worse" character than Lucina (though I'm not sure when the consensus shifted to Lucina having good writing), but they actually knew to quit while they were ahead with her when they saw the fans response so it's not like we'll ever see her again or she'll take spotlight away from anyone more deserving. Yes. -Blow skills and Spur skills are in-battle bonuses and stack indefinitely. Hone skills, Rally skills, Ephraim/Eirika's weapon buffs, and Defiant skills raise the stat by turning it blue; they don't stack.

My +spd/-res puts good work in a meme team, reaches 35/36spd with seal, and if full hp can handle any hector, only needs a +4 hone speed to double +spd hector

I really hope you're not trying to imply Lyn is a good character that deserves her popularity when she's just as generic and boring as Lucina and Azura.

While the neutral speed would be nice, the +atk ensures you will kill most archers and blue tomes with TA alone, only Niles Setsuna, Odin, Ursula, Olwen and Faye will survive, however with quick riposte youll kill all of them but faye on the counter, the problem would be she would get doubled by a lot of lance users, which will her survivavility in a pinch, but she should be okay, if you ever get a +atk -def/hp consider making her a 5* too and merging both

Shes alright like that, but she really wants a boost in atk or those juicy +4 if +spd, shes so common youre bound to find a good one as long as youre rolling greens, if you do, merge them so the other gets all your inherited skills

So which of these Nino builds is a best fit? I only have a single Buncina to sacrifice so I don't feel too good about killing her off so early, but it is technically the best option from a strictly killing perspective.
